To end our science week the whole school gathered outside to watch one final experiment. Each class was given a bottle of coke and a small tube filled with mentos lollies. One person from each class had to hold the bottle and pull the pin on the tube to release the mentos lollies into the coke. Phoebe was very brave to do this, because as soon as the pin was pulled, a huge explosion of fizzing coke shot into the air and she had to run to get out of the way. The coke was shooting so high it was taller than most of us in Room 6.
