On Monday we had our first go at moveMprove with Melanie and Jessica. MoveMprove is a quality movement learning programme that builds skills for life in a fun and engaging way.
The programme helps to develop the skills required to participate in all types of sports and recreational activities.
We were split into five groups and had a go at five different stations. We were able to jump, land, roll, hop, balance, bend, stretch, swing and more. It was lots of fun and we look forward to working with Melanie and Jessica over this term.

"Hello" room 6. I love to go to gym. It's fun to be with you. When I am 8 I will go to gym like we do. From Paige.
moveMprove looks like so much fun room 6. Arleena has taught me the names of some of the exercises, like small tuck, wide L and long straddle. I am so impressed. From Fiona (Arleena's mum).
