The programme helps to develop the skills required to participate in all types of sports and recreational activities.
Each week we split into five groups and have a go at five different stations. We are encouraged to jump, land, roll, hop, balance, bend, stretch, swing and more. It is lots of fun and we look forward to learning more over the term.
