As part of our writing this term Room 6 have been reading familiar stories and writing innovations of them. We decided to write a class story based on the book
We’re going on a bear hunt by Michael Rosen
We worked in groups and all gave ideas for the 5 different places we could visit. We decided it would be good to imagine the places were ruined by pollution and peoples lack of care for the planet.
Next we worked together to illustrate our work, using mixed media.

I love the story you created altogether about going on a kiwi hunt. You worked so well as a team to put together your ideas telling an interesting and imaginative innovation. It's great to be part of a class that learns from each other by listening and sharing ideas with each other.
